All rocket engines have disappeared!

Here's the thing, I've had a lovely stable version of KSP for ages, and haven't had any trouble. I haven't played in a while and the latest patch seems to have caused some issues, nothing major so far as I can see, but I can't see any engines in the VAB other than some Jets.
