Weird KSP ingame environment, how to fix?

Hello fellow humans, Im fairly new to KSP and have been modding the game. Recently, my game sudden has this weird haze effect towards it, pic as below. Once i escape Kerbin atmosphere everything seems to be fine and only seem to be on Kerbin (Never been to other bodies),  

Im not sure which mod causes this to happen and i am assuming it is a graphical mod, Ive got kopernicus, EVE,  Astronomer Visual Pack, scatterer, texturereplacer.

Anyone knows how i can fix this issue? Thx

Turn scatterer Ocean shaders off, is the current work around
