torch drive ratio?!

End statement; Would love to help you out, but I have no clue what a torch drive is thus necessitating more details on its intended function and mission purpose.

All of the K+ torch drives use water and karborundum at a 50 : 1 ratio.  If I'm not completely off, that's by volume, not mass, so it's a matter of having 50 units of water in a water tank for every unit of karborundum in a K+ tank as seen on the resource tab; you don't have to figure the densities or anything like that.
