Where was that mod that added giant heatshields?

I think someone talked about it in the what did you do in ksp today thread, it would add a giant shield.

@Angel-125 's   Deep Space Exploration Vessels adds a "Storage Shield" that is pretty huge, I can't remember the diameter.  It can hold resources once inflated in addition to being a heat shield.   It's a pretty great mod for late-career big long-range ships
