I wonder if it would be possible to make an 800mm Cannon in BDAc? If there's a tutorial on making BDAc cannons can someone point me to it?

Yes possible and done , capable of hitting targets at 46 km

 

However if you're about to start making weapons mods i suggest you get the fundamentals sorted on something much smaller, as something firing an 800mm 7tonne shell is not the easiest thing to start with. If you've got all the required tools and have some basic modding( modelling  not cfgs) experience I'd be happy to outline the process via pm.

What mod is this in? Or did you just put this together as a demonstration? Also, where are the treads and the tank hull from? Those look awesome.

it isnt right now but no reason i couldn't drop it in SM Armory next update,  it's a personal toy, I have a lot of those

Kerbal foundries however I'm going to be releasing more tanky tracks  shortly

It's the new BMP hull that was released in the last update to SM AFV's
