In the great green field, there was a white, rising plume, and a spinning Nav ball, pointing up to the Mun.

There rose a wobbly gray rocket that was raining down sprockets, and there were too many stages with red flashing gauges.

There was a slow RCS turn and a really long burn, there was Jeb, Bob, and Bill, screaming from orbit to a hill.

There was thrust and a gray gust, as a lander kicked up dust. There was a ladder and some boots, and three kerbals in their suits.

And a bright Kerbol glare rising over the buttes.

Goodnight field. Goodnight Mun.

Goodnight Jeb, flying up to the Mun.
