Hey all here is my attempt.

I went looking at pictures of my lightest attempt in 1.1. Then improved it.

Wet weight before loading a Kerbal is 2.088. Kerbals weight another 90kg.

The only battery is the one that powers MechJeb. 5 units. Same as a regular Probe Core but much lighter.

It could be improved a bit by removing some fuel and having the Kerbal push to orbit then push to de-orbit. But I am not going there.

For me pushing is something you do when you mess up. Like turning a ship so a solar panel can get some rays.

Or that ultimate 10 delta-V to make it into the atmosphere. IMO.
