KSP Output Log is over 90 GB?

Size: 93.6 GB (100,578,936,181 bytes)

Any ideas?  How big should this file be?  How do I fix it?

The log file is usually only generated in the event of a crash.

If you haven't experienced any crashes lately, you can simply delete the log file.

The output_log.txt is created on each game launch, it is the error log which will be created on a crash

@adjectivity the file is way too big. The size depends on the amount of mods you're running and the duration of your last game session but usually, it should not be bigger then ~100mb and that's already pretty big. A huge log file indicates an issue which creates a "log spam" but you will probably crash any text editor if you try to open the log.

I would suggest to delete the file, launch the game and perform some casual stuff like building a very simple craft, launch it and close the game again. Then, check the log for spammed entries, should be obvious and easy to find just by scolling through the file and since you haven't reported any isseus with the game, I guess you'll find the spam at the end of the log.

Depending on the file size, you can also upload it to a file hoster or cloud like dropbox or one drive and share a download link here, so we can take a closer look

I do crash every text editor, but I will give the link a try.
