Updated Mods for KSP 1.3.1

Like a number of people here, I'm using 1.3.1 for my RO/RSS play through, since that has the best support. However, sometimes I would like to get up-to-date versions of mods to fix issues.
Since I'm a programmer, I tend to just build latest versions from source and fix them up for 1.3.1.

This post is really to say, does anyone else want them? If so I am happy to bundle up releases.
So far I have KER zipped for release, and 1.3.1 builds of the latest versions of kOS, EVE, Scatterer, and Kopernicus.

This is a cool project. I'd recommend that you're really careful if you distribute altered versions of public mods.

A) check the license to make sure you're allowed to.

B) Make it super clear that your fork is not supported by the mod author - mod authors work for free and running down bugs isn't the funnest part of modding. If you're distributing alternate versions with possibly unique bugs you could be just making the modders' lives more difficult as people go back to them for help.

C) I'd personally check with the mod authors' first before distributing, even if the license says it's okay. They may have an alternate suggestion for how to solve your issue instead of forking their mod.

A) Yes, everything I've built to date has suitable licences.

B) Currently all I have done is grabbed the latest code from GitHub and built against the older KSP version. I'd prefer to keep in sync with the main fork rather than becoming divergent. Agreed that people should not expect support from the mod author. I can offer some level of support directly, though my time isn't infinite either.

C) I'm not sure there's much of an alternative for fixing the issue as the issue is that KSP 1.3.1 is largely not compatible with mods built for newer versions. Most mod authors understandably don't want to have to build against countless versions of KSP, so I prefer not to ask them to provide builds which I can do myself.

Also, where I've made changes (so far just kOS) I have had them pulled back up to the main fork.
