PS4 making history bug

trying to launch a sat in orbit of kerban

8mil 12mil coords

i get in orbit then stretch the orbit to 8mil

when i timewarp to the 8mil to increase the orbit on the other side all the controls stop working except making the mouse cursor come up and the option menu

 

i cant turn sas on and off

i cant switch views with L1 + R1

cant do anything except revert flight

tried multiple times same result

 

no im not out of electric charge

 

edit : apparently i am out of electric charge. didnt know because i launched the same thing and it worked fine

but still why cant i L1 + R1 and open the solar panels

Because they require electric charge.
