Breaking Ground not loading?

I have gotten the Breaking Ground expansion, have it installed and everything, but when I start up the game everything loads and then it starts to load the breaking ground expansion. it just sits there and does nothing, I have waited about 15 min and it still says "loading expansion: breaking ground (1/1)"

 Are you on PC? If so open Steam right click on KSP left click properties. Click local files tab and then click verify files.

You probably have incompatible mods installed. Remove them.
