How to disable fuel boil off RSS RO Real Fuels

I'm trying to figure out how to stop fuel boil off and i can't figure it out ive looked at forums i created a folder called zfinal and made a cfg file with this in it.

@TANK_DEFINITION[*]:FINAL
{
    @TANK,*
    {
        @loss_rate = 0
    }
}

I named the file @TANK_DEFINITION.cfg.
