Most Awesome Spacestation

This is not about the largest spacestation, although that can be an awe factor. This is not about getting a certain type of space station to orbit by rocket.

This is Most Awesome Spacestation, exactly what it says on the tin. Use whatever mods you want [insta-orbit or OC Jumpdrive come to mind] to get what you consider to be the best possible looking spacestation into orbit.

A tip I'll give is that you can have larger stations if you build them in the spaceplane hangar.

Well, I don't like using insta-orbit and mods like that, so here's the best looking I've been able to get into space legitimately.

Even viewing this space station in orbit causes my computer to drop to 1 or 2 FPS

(Stands for Heat Shield-Rotational Artificial Gravity Station Mk2)

It uses NovaPunch, BACE pack, Crewtank, Truss Pack, Kosmos and Orbital Construction [it's far too massive for a normal launch vehicle, or for the pad.]

The Alpha has the hugeness, but the DS-2 has my kind of 'awesome because it's cluttered' feel. Like my desk. The laptop sits on a pulled-out drawer, the scanner sits on the DVD player, and I have both a flatscreen TV and a CRT computer monitor for my desktop.

I did see it. It was really long, had about three main 'shafts', with BACE parts linking them, and all the solar panels at one end. But yes, the image is down now.

You need to put the .craft file up for download on that 'Predator' station. I have all those mod packs and I realize it isn't feasible without cheats or that Shipyard plugin. That doesn't stop it from being a pretty impressive looking design that I totally want floating around just to look at! Please good sir?

A station is a station, simplicity does not matter!

On that note, my Aries Station at a LKO of 400km. 80% legitimately put into orbit. I say 80% because the frames were so bad that I couldn't manage the rendezvous on my crappy Mac CPU.

Blimey, that's incredible. I agree with Red Dwarf, the fact that you built it via rendezvous is pretty darn cool, not to mention tricky. Might I ask what mods the solar panels are from?

He said the large ones were Kosmos, but I don't know what the smaller ones are. I don't remember what pack the smaller ones are from, though I think it might be one of NovaSilisko's works.
