Is there any way to get more power out of rover wheels?

I've noticed that the wheels on my rovers only ever say a low percentage on the "Motor" bar, when they are struggling on the hills they do go a little higher (30% or so) but I slow down to a crawl. Is there anyway to get the wheels to use 100%?

Switch to 'Traction Control: Auto' and the Traction Control slider turns into a Drive Limiter slider. Make sure this is maxed. By increasing the traction control first you may get a higher drive limit but I'm not sure if this will make any difference to your speed.

Either that, or try Traction Control: Manual, and turn it all the way down.
