Is there any way to make ckan install mods that dont meet the game version requirement?

I tried to install something manually last time and it took ages to do all the dependencies and in then end it didnt work anyway. So I only really want to install complicated multi instals through ckan.

Want to instal Real Solar System u_u

Yes, go to Settings -> Compatible KSP versions and put a checkmark in front of the KSP version you want to mark as compatible
For RSS, 1.6 should be fine but you probably need more versions to cover dependencies and/or other recommend mods.
