Stock duna propeller plane in breaking ground 1.7.3

Hi! My first post here. As soon as the propellers were anounced i knew that I had to make a electric propeller plane for Duna. Initially I struggled with getting enough power to take off from the surface of Duna but after experimenting with prop pitch it took off! I know it is not a pretty aircraft and far from the most efficient, but it works and is what I ended up with. The take off and landing can be accomplished in a much more graceful way than depicted in this clip but I found this to be quite kerbalesk.

I feel like a lot more wing would solve most of your problems.

Try setting your propeller authorities to around 120 (or -120 if reversed). That's what I use to get the most thrust when stationary... on Kerbin at-least...

Nice! Landing wasn't that bad though, the touchdown was pretty graceful tbh. Nothing wrong with a bit of a spin
