Technically the Sun because it literally can't be done, but the first real candidate is arguably Jool. You can't land per se, but can certainly descend to some low number on the altimeter and start to ascend again. I would still like to see someone do a 'landing' like this on the Sun using ignore max temp though.

Eve.

Tylo does tend to trick people but if you're paying attention and designing by numbers, as I do, then you'll see it coming (hint:  it's the big round thing approaching really quite quickly).

I've still hardly ever been to Eve because it used to be impossible to make a reusable lander and I don't have sufficient incentive to go again now everything's easier.

Tylo is an pilot challenge, yes with mechjeb its trivial as long as you have high enough TWR or compensate.
This is an update on my old 1.45 Eve lander.

Next launch had two engines and an docking port in center to let the refueling tug orient it into landing position. Main change is that the rover now can deorbit an another location do its objectives and the lander will land to pick kerbal up. This allow for longer travel distances and drop to rescue if needed.
Also the reaction wheels on the landing struts. One major issue with design was orientation if landing on an slope as the aerodynamic needed 50 m/s to start working well. Ditch then pointing upwards.
