Undocking wobblyness and 'splodeyness?

You'll have to explain more and a video would help. Only problems I've seen with docked ships is if you have autostruts turned on and relatively big ships, docking or undocking can summon the kraken. Solution is to disable autostruts and install the Kerbal Joint Reinforcement mod.

No autostruts that I'm aware of, and it's a fairly small setup.  Mk1 lander can and associated necessities plus a command vehicle(3 kerbal command pod and associated necessities).  I'll see if I can take a video, getting the two DLC's has made launching the game painfully slow so haven't tried to video anything.

I think it's the lander legs being forced to autostrut.

I've redesigned my lander to account for the autostrut, now to see if it worked.  That testing will come later tonight or tomorrow.
