Solved the problem with the radiator,s by just moving them a bit in.

The "easiest part"?  of-course, is it not. :) please note that Gravity is about 166m/s and this is never easy. On Kerbin/Earth 10x is 98m/s its a kind of different championship, nevertheless this ship was able to get an AP:58,000m but not the sufficient power/altitude to turn on the engine and get into orbit.
