Hey guys

After having downloaded a few solar panel mod packs (MMI and Dynsat) I noticed that solar panels work on how much light they are getting from the sun

I was wondering

A) How do you make a part do that

B) Would it be possible to transfer to heat .. IE a Hotter a part got less efficient it got ?

C) Umm .. just those two for now ?
