Motor Spazzes out on quickload

So I just built a surface station, and put it down on Minmus. Went exploring with a scientist to do some nearby surface contracts. Scientist died.  SO I hit reload to a save I had while coming down to land. Upon quick loading, the side hinges I had attached to hold the solar panels started spazzing out and spinning about causing the craft to spin as well.

Try hitting Alt+f12 to cheat place the craft in orbit and try land again(you can also put infinite fuel there).Or else you can use the cheat menu to just cheat orbit a new vessel in minmus orbit.

I usually save before starting anything, like landing, de orbiting etc when the engines are turned down.
