Build mode hotkeys?

Trying to figure out all the hotkeys for build mode, as the controls menu doesn't show them.

Now when I get a part and it faces one one, and I want to add the other half(it's a shell) how to I rotate it?

Does anyone have a list of build mode hotkeys?

nice reference page, really helpful.

There is one thing I blundered into which I can't see listed there. In VAB (not tried in SPH) if you hold ctrl + click a part on the rocket, it will take you to the tab with that part.
