Trouble is, it's a program that downloads files from the net and runs them, so it's really no surprise that AV has issues with it.

I'm sure N3X15 code is safe, but unless the AV vendors whitelist the Patcher there may be nothing we can do except to tell our AV to leave it alone ourselves.
