I'm so confused, unless you mean we see their skin folding back under acceleration, to which I now know I need this Yup. Well, stuff along the lines of that... Guest
I’d like couds at the very minimum but also things that alter visibility like rain, dust storms, fog etc... (they don’t have to be supercomputer weather simulations like has been said elsewhere and they don’t even have to effect the handling of any craft and could be purely visual but) I think adding some variety to planetary environments like that would make them feel much more real than just textures and scatter on the ground. mcwaffles2003
Dust plooms upon landing on dusty/sandy surfaces of worlds with atmospheres maybe?

This is about how I feel with the weather effects as well. Also, as much as I love the current environment mods, and truly am grateful for, clouds that change would be nice instead of a simple layer that just rotates around the planet. Maybe using a random noise generator type of solution or even the equivalent of a repeating gif image instead of a solid jpg type image on the rotating layer

Well if you just want textures you don't need literally anything i described before, and i'm pretty sure unity comes with a stock procedural weather system also. So if that's the case then it wouldn't even take up too much dev time.
