Camera problem on loading vessel

Sometimes when I load a vessel, with or without mods, I get this. When I scroll out, it zooms in and when I scroll in, it zooms out. This has been happening every once in a while since 1.8 launched and was hoping an update would have fixed it by now.

Anyone else experience this yet?

Probably your  'alt' key is acting as if it is stuck.
When this used to happen to me on Windows, I could clear it by alt-Tabbing between programs a couple times.

If you hold the modifier key (the 'alt' key on windows) while doing what you usually do to zoom,  KSP will change the angular field of view of the  virtual camera.
(There are two ways increase magnification of the scene with a camera:
 increase the focal length of the lens, which cameras call 'zoom' and is what KSP does with alt-Zoom, or
 walk closer to the subject, which KSP and most other software calls 'zoom'.)
