[Request] Vtol, long distance crew recovery aircraft

I have been trying for the past 2 days to build a aircraft that can fly a good distance (at least half way around kerbin), that can land on water, that has VTOL capabilities and has capacity to pick up stranded kerbals, and if its got a sunbeam laser attached to destroy empty pods after rescuing a kerbal, that would be excellent.

I'm using a few mods, Sunbeam laser, damned robotics, seafloats, carts, crew tank.

i got a poor kerbal just floating in the ocean about 1/3 around the planet from the KSC just awaiting for rescue, i must have killed over 20 kerbals trying to build a craft good enough to rescue him! lol

Right now I'm developing the Galaxy. It's basically a medium variant of the Mosquito.

Might do the trick, but I have some stuff to change before I release it.
