mods that help autopilot helicopters/drones?

(Sorry if this is posted in the wrong section)

I want  to circumnavigate a planet with a helicopter. 

The thing is, it will take about 11 hours in real life and it would be awesome if I could use an autopilot mod (of some sort) that helps keeping a steady altitude and heading.. 

I know there are many mods out there that help autopiloting planes and I was wondering if they would also work for helicopters. 

My current iteration flies pretty stable.. but still has the tendency to rotate and wobble a bit if i leave the keyboard for longer periods of times.
