Simulated camera stream over network

Is there any mod that allows to mount a camera anywhere in the rocket and get the video stream out of KSP game (over UDP or something similar)?

That would be amazing. 

Telemachus almost got there but never achieved this goal.

I mean, I don't know if this is possible but someone could write a patch to make Hullcam VDS compatible with Telemachus.

That would basically show the main view in Telemachus.  Still would be awesome right?

It may be easier? Perhaps to write a patch that would show the RPM camera thing in telemachus.
