Fatal error on B9 part switch

I know this is a commonly asked question, but I have been having issues with B9 part switch recently, I have only installed mods with CKAN, which should install the mods correctly, here is a screenshot of what the issue is:

Do you have the ModuleManager.dll file? Nearly no mod works if that one little file is missing. It probably is, since B9PS is having a problem with the most basic fuel tank type, LFO and suggesting exactly that.
