As i've mentioned in the title, i'm getting consistant micro stutter that happens for like a few millisecond every 5seconds or so. And for some reason my gpu goes crazy when im on space center screen. (Pics  below) it goes to 100% usage and temp goes over 80 degrees.... how and why would it be?

can this all be related to heap padder thing? i have taken a screenshot of it in the debug menu(pic above)

I'm on ksp 1.9.1, i5 6500, gtx1060, 16gb ram. I have some mods that are supported upto 1.8.1. Can this be the cause of all of these issues?

I'd start by removing EVE and Scatterer, first. The clouds can place a heavy load on the GPU. I had some stutter in the (otherwise stock) KSC scene, too, not at regular time intervals but specific viewing angles.

Any exception spam in the log?

Yes i did get spams when i loaded in duna scenario(which is included in the stock game) that said

nullreferenceexception: object reference not set to an instance of an object.

But i’ve only seen it happen once... i’ll have to take a closer look at it.

The problem is i didn’t have any issues with my game when i had only graphical mods installed (EVE, scatterer, AVP), my frames started dropping and stuttered when i installed bunch of mods.

Should i be worried that my vram is at 95% usage? Could this be related?

I just got some more error messages in game console.

It goes

and it repeats itself for about 20 times. It didn’t happen after that... hmmm
