Why is my ship not obeing to me!

Probably out of power. Unless you put solar panels on it, the probe core will gradually use power even in 'hibernate' mode and the batteries will run down. Nothing you can really do about it except either turn on the 'infinite electricity' cheat or destroy the rocket in the tracking station.

Is there a pilot on board and in a command pod, or "only" scientists and engineers?

Also, if you ran out of electricity then the reaction wheels (e.g. the RWs in the command pod(s)) cannot turn the craft anymore. So the craft won't move when you try to turn it. (Hmmm... but switching SAS state should work with a Kerbal in control.)

Thanks for the tip.

I had a pilot (jeb) aboard. And I had plenty of electricity left.

Ah, yes.

Sometimes there is a bug, in which the game doesn't accept any "normal" input. Saving and reloading fixes that, but also opening the cheat menu (<R-Shift> - <F12> on Linux, AFAIK <Alt> - <F12> on Windows) and selecting "clear all input locks" can usually fix this.

Ah Yes. The good old cheat menu.

Well, yes. But in this case it's more like a debug menu. Unlocking inputs that shouldn't be locked in the first place isn't really cheating.
