heya  i have  a question about the dragon capsule did the trunk have a engine?

Neither the original Dragon (cargo), nor the Crew Dragon have propulsion in the trunk.

Dragon:

RCS firing. For forward movement there are obviously cosine losses.

Crew Dragon:

Above and left of the NASA badge is the small, aft pointing RCS. Same issue with Cargo Dragon, cosine losses (canted sideways).

Ah yes, but there are also four Draco thrusters around the docking ring, under the aero cover, for orbital maneuvers with no cosine losses, but thrusting "backwards" (eyeballs-out). AFAIK these are not used during docking to avoid contaminating the exterior of the station with hypergolic exhaust

They have also far too high thrust to be safe on docking maneuvers. They use centimeters per second instead of meters per second in KSP and use several hours to make same operations than experienced player makes in 2 minutes in KSP.  Lack of F9 button and 10 digits in pricetag make some people careful.
