Ksp 1.10 really increase Fps

When i was in 1.9.1 the fps was about 7-9 but in 1.10 the fps was 15(Even though you may think this is laggy but my fps was almost twice the original)even though this is still laggy it still an improvement Thank you KSP Team.Why i am so laggy because i barely past the minimum requirement and i install scatter and also good render quality 1920 x 1080 resolution and this is why it is laggy
