Drogue Chutes won't place on Kickbacks? Only affects kickbacks at this time.

Currently dealing with a thing where I can't place drogue chutes on Kickbacks. Everything else works fine, but specifically Drogue Chutes will only place on the inside, if you hit it at just the right angle.

Got it!

Snap is putting it inside the booster. It's being placed under the skin of the kickback. This also makes it so it can't be selected by any tool but the "move" tool. 

If you take your move tool, then bump it 1 click on the X or Z axis, depending, it'll reveal the drogue chutes.
