All of my parts STILL show up black when I drag them out of the VAB or SPH catalog

I need some outside the box thinking Have tried almost everything  and I do mean everything 8, 9 or 10 have not had any  textures works fine otherwise and I've installed no mods.

I am guessing you are on Steam, did you try to verify the game files?

Maybe some textures are missing.

Also disable cloud saving just in case.

Are you using any mods?

I found this on the internet if you have lots of mods installed:

Black parts usually means your computer ran of memory trying to load all the textures.
