Cannot Load Ships in Sandbox

I've downloaded a few ships from youtube videos and when I put them in my sandbox ship folder, go into the save, and try to load the ship, nothing happens. I don't get any error message or anything, the button just doesn't do anything. Some of the stock ships load in sandbox, and I can load the ones I have in career but I can't load any downloaded ones.

 

I don't know if I'm missing something but I haven't been able to find any solutions online.
