A plugin to disable "auto-fill" for part search in editor

As you may or may not know, part search in editor works on auto-fill principle: you need only to enter something for it to start search.

Is there a plugin to disable this feature and add a "Start search" button instead (Or simply press Enter)? If no, I humbly request one.

The problem with auto-fill is that it can be quite laggy with many "heavy" part mods installed. Especially since it will display all parts if you click on part search line when it's empty (which leads to massive lags if you have BDB+Tantares+KNES+NF+MLP+...).
