[Solved] Part Highlighting gets aggressive.

I know the thread title looks weird, but how do you explain this:

This happened after I got the Tantares suite. The problem remained, even after I removed it.

And nope, I already went back up to 1.10.1, and it's been 2 weeks now...

Ooh! It's working! Just put Part Highlighting Brightness to 0%, and the problem disappears. The transparent background loading still persists, but it's not as bad anymore.
