Pushing buttons with rasterprop and VR mod?

A vr question on the ksp forum.. i know.. it's a long shot.. but here goes.

 

I've got a rift s and installed a VR and rasterprop mod for extra iva immersive sweetness. I've been told that I should be able to push the buttons on the interior with my hand controllers but they don't respond. I've got several high tech cockpits at my disposal and the buttons work outside of VR.

here is an example of the dashboard.

.. inside vr however... no luck at all.. Is this an issue for version 1.10 or am I doing something wrong?

Maybe I need additional mods or something? Any help would be highly appreciated.

 

I'm planning do an all iva mission to the mun and back in Vr (without time acceleration) and without the ability to push any buttons it kind of impossible haha.
