New asteroid sizes?

So i've been seeing asteroids up to I class and I don't think I have any mods that add new sizes. I read that comets could be way larger but i don't remember anything about new asteroids

I see the part.cfg files for both PotatoComet and PotatoRoid have drag cubes for types A to I, so it would appear they don't get any bigger than class I.

I suppose the actual sizes of individual Comets and Asteroids are down to their respective modules (ModuleComet & ModuleAsteroid) to generate.  As the density setting on each is 0.03, I'll speculate that they both have the same size limits.

Are you sure those are I-class asteroids? When you track one, do they have the usual Ast. 12345 name or do they have more unusual names like Bamfrey-Jodbrun-1?

If it’s above class E, has a very high apoapsis (out to Jool or even beyond) or is on an escape trajectory out of the system entirely, and/or has a visible tail when inside Duna’s orbit, it’s probably a comet.
