Is there any mods that completely changed or expands the KSC?

I've found quite a few mods for new KSC, but they're all made with Kerbal constructs, I need to place manually each one of the buildings (which I don't want), so I am asking if there is a mod that doesn't need it

SM-Marine: SM Statics Harbors pier and marine installations & Waterlaunh Sites
KSC Floodlight
Kosmodrome (don't use the provided KK-dll, only use the Kosmodrome folder)

Hey I just installed that KSC extended mod and it actually changed everything without needing to place buildings manually 

I could swear we had to place them, but thx anyway

I Have been using that mod since i had kerbal konstructs and yes, it will do it manually beacause of the .cfg files placing the statics to KSC.
