How do I make this rocket wobble less??

did you autostrut the various parts? from what i can see without downloading the craft file, your ship inside the fairing has a narrow attachment. it doesn't have much strenght, so it wobbles. autostrut all the parts (or at least the heavier ones) inside the fairing and it may fix.

if the problems are the boosters, put more struts on them

No I didn't autostrut. In the end I just used my Duna craft design because I WAY overdid it with the amount of fuel in my Eve interplanetary stage. This caused it to weigh 125 tons, which was ridiculous and pulled less delta V than with the much smaller design I had made for my Duna lander, I just took out the lander stage and revised the tug a little. Thanks for the help either way!

Yeah, autostrut just the main engine at the center, at the bottom, to the "root part". That'll wipe out pretty much all the wobbling.

Like everyone else said, Autostruts are always the answer to less wobbliness
