NRE trouble with Science parts...

What it says, however, that seems to affect only stock science parts. But not the ReStock Science parts, and it seems to happen only in Career and Science, in the beginning. The problems seem to be attached to the Engineer reports. When it happens, the science part disappears, locks the VAB. And the only way to escape is to delete the craft and then start a new craft.
