Build this as an mind boggling satellite or space station in KSP

I have no idea how to do it, might be doable with wings, obviously with custom part even stuff like procedural wings.  In short its an trapezoid but our brains see it as an rectangular window and center of mass around the play button.

Think it would look very cool in ksp, not sure if this is the right place but sure some would love to play with this.

I think I know how I'd do it with wings and control surfaces, but flags might be a better choice.

I suspect that where you add another object, like a ruler, it's very dependent on the rate of rotation. At a higher RPM, I think you'd focus more on the ruler.

One tips might simply to use solar panels near the center who you can expand. Perhaps an small docking port on the narrow side and an standard on the other however docking something will shift center of mass unless light.
