When i install the USI and put it into the game data it doesn't work

How did you install?  screenshot of your gamedata folder?  Usually part issues is copying the mods into the gamedata folder improperly.

You have things like KolonyTools and WOLF in folders they should not be.  Those should be below USI only.

Also I think you have every version of ModuleManager....

So your saying that KolonyTools and WOLF should be in the USI Folder right?

What he is saying is you should keep all folders in the place they are supposed to be.  You cannot move folders around or rename folders and expect things to work.  Part configs rely on the exact path and name to function properly.

well when i download the USI Kolonization System and I went to the gamedata folder on USI and I already put USI into the gamedata ksp and when i open ksp and this happens

None of us can likely know what you did wrong, but whatever it was it was at your end.

Looking at the MKS zip file the WOLF folder is clearly under Umbraspaceindustries and not under the root of gamedata.  How you got it there I have no idea unless you accidentally dragged it over

Then I give up.  Installing MKS isn't that hard, but I cannot understand even the things you are attempting to explain, sorry.
