HELP my engineplumes are scuffed!!!!

So my engine plumes are smaller than the ones I see on youtube and don't know why, I have already reinstalled the game and removed all mods but it was not because of them. So now I have a stock game with small engineplumes (I saved my mods externally). So what can I do now? 

affected engines:

Mastodon

Nerv

and some other (I don't tested all)
