Impossible to get in orbit

Hello everybody. I have the lastest version of Real solar system, realism overhaul, real plume, RealScaleBoosters, mechjeb 2. I got a problem, i can't go in orbit with realistic consumption. I made a realistic saturn5 with all of his components . My saturn 5 can't go to the moon! I use a lot my s4b to finished my orbit (just 250km i can't go higher). My Second stage with 5 j2 motors is really slow, it's literally impossible to get a realistic orbit. And mechjeb 2 is stuck in "initializing" in RO mod. What's wrong with Real solart system and mechjeb?? Thanks

A lot of things could be going on here, can you provide some screenshots of your rocket in the VAB and the launchpad with the MechJeb delta-V readout in both and the MJ ascent guidance window open in flight? A full mod list would also help, as would some log files in case there’s something going wrong inside the game:

Most likely an inefficient accent profile (A 500 KM orbit is Excessive for a Saturn V With LM & your turn should start at about 6.7km)
Or
(if your not using real fuels) the isp values haven't been adapted for RSS.
If your game is struggling to start-up, Always check that your mods are in the correct versions (Particularly Kopernicus and MecJeb2)
