CheckEncounter: failed to find any intercepts at all

I'm on the way for a Jool encounter and when I try to create a node in order to achieve the following orbit,
something goes wrong and the orbit lines disappear until I restart the game(it seems the Ap decreases out of the Jool SoI but is not, it just disappear) or the game crashes.

After that I check the ksp.log file and I see there are always a lot of "CheckEncounter: failed to find any intercepts at all" messages at the end, many per second.
I've unsuccesfully already tried to:
re-launch the rocket, create and modify the node with the stock ksp features, "steam check integrity", uninstall all the mods and also I've decreased the Conic Patch Limit from 6 to 4.
Now I don't know what to do.

Edit: nevermind and thx for nothing, I figured out how to avoid the problem.

by first reducing the Pe in order to randomly intercept the Tylo SoI and save.
only after having intercepted Tylo was it possible to fine tune the successive node and intercept Laythe.
it was not even a big deal because the orbits of Tylo and Laythe have an orbital resonance of 4:1.
is definitely yet another bug inherent in the game itself.
