1:@king of nowhere at 15 years with his DREAM BIG mission. This weighed 3.6 kilotons, and that was just the mothership. He sent up the other shuttles in a set of daring and difficult launches. He even performed a suborbital catch on moho with ion engines to save a lander which ran out of fuel, losing the lander, meant mission over. This shows a huge sense of dedication and skills. He also braved Jool's deadly radiation belts. Radiation in the inner belts could have killed his kerbals in 2 hours, in the outer belt he'd be dead meat in days. The inner belt stretched to laythe and the outer belt to tylo, making him have to scramble.
