Suspect: Unknown

Description: An Xbox player, Wizard Kerbal had just deleted a maneuver node and went to make another, more precise one. His cursor was still there, but the blue dot that showed where a maneuver node could be placed was absent. They were very confused, and even switched to other vessels to see if this was just the Pioneer's problem. But it wasn't. No vessel could make a maneuver node!

Edit: Turns out I just broke the f&%#*ng game. No idea how. It just went ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
